Custom Princess Dresses

When you go to the customization screen, there will be an image with several arrows next to it. Use the arrows to go through the different dress options. When you're happy with the dress, use the Add to Cart buttons on the side to add each piece to your cart. You will have to select the correct style and color for each piece (don't worry, just match the images!). Once you're done, head to the checkout. Please only build one dress at a time. If you want to buy multiple dresses, check out with the first dress before starting on a second. Fabric colors may not exactly match with the colors on the customization screen.

There are two options: 100% polyester satin, with lining that is 65% polyester and 35% cotton broadcloth, or 97% polyester and 3% spandex stretch satin, with a 95% polyester and 5% spandex jersey knit lining. All of the fiber information and care instructions will also be on a tag inside the dress. Children's dresses have an elastic waist and a hook and eye closure at the back. Adult size dresses have a zipper in the back.

There are two types of dresses, stretch and woven. Stretch dresses are a little stretchy and don't have a zipper. Woven dresses are not stretchy and have a zipper back closure.

Measurements are approximate. If you need any specific alterations or adjustments, please leave a note while checking out. Waist measurement refers to the measurement around the narrowest part of the torso. Children's sizes have elastic in the waist, so the waist measurement is the maximum size of the dress. If in doubt, order a size up. Your dress will usually be sent within 4-5 weeks of your order being placed. There could be delays depending on the volume of orders and material delivery times. Shipping times may vary depending on where your dress is being delivered to.

Credit/Debit cards and Apple Pay.

You can get a full refund for any order cancelled within a week of placing your order. After that, it is not possible to return it and get a refund, though some alterations to the dress are possible.

If your dress doesn't fit, send an email or a message through the contact form on this site. You can then send the dress back to have it altered.

Cold delicate cycle, tumble dry low. All of the fiber information and care instructions will also be on a tag inside the dress.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently offered.

After you purchase a dress, you should receive an email with a code for 10% off your next dress. If you don't receive an email, please use the contact information on this site to send a message about the issue! You will only receive one 10% coupon, even if you buy multiple dresses.
